The tables and chairs are coming from Delux Tent and Event and will be delivered on Tuesday - we are bringing the linens with us on Wednesday and taking them away at the end of the event. I can ask them to deliver from 1pm - 5pm on Tuesday if it's helpful to not have them there in the afternoon. They will pick up on Thursday morning.
We will arrive on Wednesday at 4pm. The floor plan is attached.
