Miscellaneous Equipment Needed: 3 long tables for registration, and some chairs for student volunteers (10 chairs total)
Run of Show Schedule:
Kellie White and student volunteers will arrive at the UMMA around 5-5:15 pm.
Caterer (Moveable Feast) will arrive around 3-4 pm to begin setting up.
The long tables will be used to organize name tags, which will be distributed to all students upon arrival to the museum.
Students will begin to arrive at the UMMA at 5:45 pm. Students will have been given instructions on what time their assigned section should arrive at the UMMA to avoid “bottle-necking” at the door.
Weather permitting: a long table may be moved outside to keep the “bottle-necking” to a minimum. Student volunteers can check students in both outside and inside.
Weather NOT permitting: Student volunteers will work to get students checked in and ushered inside in a smooth manner.
Last section of students is set to arrive at the UMMA around 6:15-6:30 pm.
Students and faculty alike will mingle, eat delicious food, and also look at the beautiful art at the UMMA. As part of their assignment, students are to find an artifact from the museum that resonates with them. This is why we ask the galleries be left open for this event.

Once their assignment is complete, students are free to leave the event. Around 8 pm, any stragglers will be asked to leave, and Kellie will speak with the caterer and someone from the UMMA (if available) to make sure all ends are tied.
