Katherine's is going to arrive at 3:00PM to begin unloading and get organized in the Back of House. Event Source is also going to be arriving around that time to unload. We are aware we cannot access the room until 4:00PM.
The one table to the left that says place cards is just there to remind me we will put one card in the forum area for that!
At 4:00PM, Event Source will set up the small stage and podium, Katherine's will start with the tables/chairs and Encore Events is going to come in and set up some up lights. On the floor plan, the small circles that are a little smaller than the cocktail tables are the up lights. They will be smaller than that, but it was the best way to display them using our system.
We also do have beer and wine coming from A&L Wine Castle.
Event Source and Encore Events will be back at 9:30PM to breakdown/pick up.
I will be on site on Saturday as well as our event Captain, Michael, who has been there many times.
