Moveable Feast will arrive around 3:20 p.m. to set up back of house and will begin set up in the Forum/Apse at 4:00 p.m.

Rentals will come from Delux Tents and Events
Chair rental is from Michael at Chivari Chairs (same night pick up)

We will be using the Bose system for music from a provided playlist
In the Forum, they will use 3 MP room tables and the check-in desk for student name tags.

Backpacks will be stored in the coatroom. We should have additional coatracks ready, in case of rain.

Galleries will be open throughout the event. Students are required to visit galleries as part of an assignment.
