Friday, family will deliver items to store in Classroom
Moveable Feast will arrive around 3:00 p.m. to unload and set up back of house. Set up in the Forum will begin 3:30 p.m. Set up in Apse will begin 4:00 p.m.
UMMA needs to move out the Forum livingroom, rug, barrel chairs, and move back Navigator desk to doors and put Navigator in Commons. Benches will be left in the Forum and hallway by store.
We need to move two chairs in right-hand Apse living room to left-hand side and move coffee table to woodshop. The photobooth (shutterbooth coming at 4:30) will be in the right side livingroom, facing the entranceway wall.
DJ will provide all sound for the cocktail time, reception and dance
The Block Party - Derek Hall will provide all sound for the event.
Wedding is off site.
Appetizers start at 5:30 p.m. in the Forum, until 7:00 p.m.
Korean Family Tea Ceremony, on Forum steps 6:00 p.m. (UMMA TO PROVIDE TWO CHAIRS FOR THIS CEREMONY) Have portable mic ready just in case
