Moveable Feast will arrive around 3:30 p.m. and begin set up at 4:00 p.m.
Ice Dreams will drop off an ice sculpture around 5:00 p.m. and will need access to the dock to bring it in. They will return about 8:15 p.m. to pick it up.
A Jazz group from SMTD will be arriving around 5:00 p.m and need to be in place to play at 5:45 p.m.
Sound check will take place with the Dean of Ross at 5:45 p.m.
UMMA is providing microphone/ speaker/ podium and a small table for the awards. No visual support is needed.
Galleries are open by default, since the galleries are open already until 8:00 p.m.
