** 5:00: SET UP, MAIN FL, BALCONY, MPR - check lighting (balcony), set chairs & performance area (main floor), set up Multipurpose Rm for choir (SMTD: Matt Kunkel, Harrison Hoffert; UMMA: Lisa, Jacob Ward) **
** 6:00: APSE - Soloists, musicians, choir arrive. Sound check **
**6:45: APSE - seat audience
** 7:00-8:30 PM: Performance (video recorded) **
** 8:30-10 PM: Re-takes for video if needed **
** 10-11 PM: Clean up, LOAD OUT**
** NOTE: lighting equipment will remain in dock until Monday, Nov 22, 8 am pick up. All other equipment will be loaded out Friday night. **
