Food Art to arrive around 2:30 p.m.
There will be a registration table and 4 high tops in the Forum, a 20X30 tent in Tappan courtyard with high tops and a beverage table. The tent will be installed in the afternoon and taken down at the end of the day. At this time, there are no AV requests for the reception. The event will start in the Auditorium at 4:00 p.m. with a 40 minute state of the college talk (approx 60 people). The reception will begin around 4:40 p.m. with guests stopping in (approx 100). Most of this event will be in the Tappan Courtyard and the doors from the Forum to the courtyard should be unlocked, but not propped open.
