This video shoot is of a performance. It will include singing, dancing, pre-recorded music, and additional lighting. Performance in the Apse will be "traditional" orientation in the double-height part of the Apse facing the entrance doors. ********** Sound / lighting / videography will be on balcony and main floor. There will also be a small video set up on front porch of AMH. Doors will need to be unlocked for access in & out during the time for front porch filming. ********** Performers will be placed 6 ft. apart at all times and be wearing masks. Exception: masks will be removed for singing (then replaced when finished). When singing, performers will be placed 12 ft. apart. ********** SCHEDULE:
9 AM Ivey arrives to strike Apse - all furniture & equipment to be removed **********
10:30 AM Lisa B arrives **********
11 AM Lighting / sound arrives for load in / set up. **********
12 PM Videographers arrive to set up cameras. First set up will take place on front porch of AMH. Once that is set up, they will begin setting up in Apse. Faculty, students, performers begin to arrive. **********
12:30 PM Costumes arrive. Costuming will take place according to COVID capacities & social distancing protocols as follows: Balcony curve: 4 students;
Hallway by Tiffany chandelier: 4 students; Forum: 6 students; Vertical Gallery: 4 students **********
12:45 PM Filming on front porch **********
1:00 PM Final group of performers arrive. **********
1:15 PM Filming in Apse begins **********
Estimated time for filming is 2-3 hours so APPROX END TIME between 3:15-4:15 followed by breakdown / load out of equipment.
