Delux will be dropping off tables on Friday and picking them up Monday (we will see if we can adjust this???). Zingerman's will be arriving at 4:00 on Saturday. 6:00 guests will begin to arrive. 6:30/6:45 the memorial will start. Speakers will likely require microphones. At certain times throughout the evening, a violist will play as well as a bagpipe player. They do not require any AV support as of now. Memorial will begin to wind down by 8:45. Please have two monitors and computers ready for slideshows. Set up Bose and two microphones in Apse. Please have easels on hand in case. Guests may need wheelchairs/walkers, so please have those ready as well. Galleries will be open. No alcohol will be served.
