Delux will arrive at 5:30 for setup in the forum. Catering staff will arrive between 5:30 and 6:00. At 7:00 panel ends in auditorium and guests will begin to make their way upstairs to the forum. Reception ends at 8:00, Delux will arrive shortly after for teardown. No AV equipment is required. No alcohol will be served. Please set a sandwich board outside of Apse indicating Forum entrance. Set table outside of auditorium and chairs and podium onstage for panel. Galleries will not be open.
