This In Conversation will be repeated back-to-back, 3-3:45 and 4-4:45. Need Event Host for Tech Set Up: 1) Media cart with laptop hooked up to flat screen to show visuals //// 2) Microphones - since there are 2 back-to-back sessions I'm nervous that the rolling speaker will run out of battery. There are 2 faculty who will be speaking so I think it would also be preferable if they each have a microphone and am thinking we should set up the Bose. What do you think?
