Fall semester opening event for Ross student. 150 students will cycle through every 15 minutes. Simply scrumptious will be providing catering. Staff will arrive at 5:30, first group of students arrives at 5:30. Students will sign in in forum then move through to apse to grab food and then finally to dessert in vertical gallery. Please set up coat racks behind registration table in forum. No AV required. Please provide 3 easels for the group. No alcohol, galleries will be open for the students to complete an assignment.
