Networking Event for LSA. Event contact Carla LaVoy will be arriving at 4:00, her number is (734)625-2931. Event starts at 6:00 in Apse. Students may be arriving as early as 5:30. Remarks and a quick presentation will kick off the evening. Please set up Bose, microphone, projector and screen in the Apse. Caterers will be providing tables and chairs for alumni to sit and network with students in Apse. Students will cycle around talking to alumni in 10 minute sessions. 9 Alumni will be in the apse, one will attend via video conference in MPR. LSA ISS is bringing video equipment. Please set up MPR in boardroom u-shape. The other alumni will be using the space to store personal items as well. 7:20 reconvene in Apse for closing remarks, guests will be out the door by 8:00. Galleries will be open, Mdining providing catering.
