Taylor will be the event supervisor day of, she will be arriving between 3:30 and 3:40pm to get started on setting up the staging area and then moving on to the apse.

Delux will be delivering all tables and chairs needed on Friday between 12pm and 3pm. They will be returning on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Please put a sign outside the Apse entrance sending them to the Forum entrance.

They will need the Bose set up by Elevator 1. Event will start at 6:00 p.m., comments by the Dean at 6:30 p.m. If they have a 4X8 stage, it will need to be moved out after comments. We are supplying two tables from MP Room and a couple of chairs for a sign-in table in the Forum. Please hold one parking tag for the event contact.
