* Delivery of organ + percussion deliver at 9am, pick up after concert
* Piano to be tuned in AM at 9 a.m. Moved into Apse by 4:30 p.m.
* Organ to be tuned in place in Apse at 5 p.m.
* Set up sound system and chairs 4:30-5:30 p.m.
* Choir will rehearse beginning 5:30. Doors open 6:30. Event begins 7 p.m.
* Vera will speak for 10 min about Collection Ensemble + collaboration, 7 p.m.
* Performance commence approx 7:10/7:15, no intermission, no applause, straight through. 75 min of music. PLEASE LIMIT MOVEMENT OF SECURITY OFFICERS DURING PERFORMANCE.
* 1st and 3rd piece in program will include performers in the balcony.
* Choir will arrive 5:20 and be directed to Multipurpose Room. They will enter through FFW (not through the dock) go directly to the Multipurpose Room.
* 3 parking passes in dock for Eugene Rogers, Roger Arnett, Delivery van (for organ/percussion instruments)
