Dinner/Reception for about 150 People. Food Art will be providing catering. Please set three 6 foot tables and the rolling whiteboard from the classroom in the courtyard. Set out screen/projector at curved end of the apse and the podium and microphone in front of the coat room/art gym. A live guitarist will be arriving during setup, please speak with event staff to figure out where the best place for them is. Hors d'ouvres start in courtyard around 5:15, barring rain, in which case they will be served in the forum. Dean of LSA arrives at 5:30. At 6:30, group will transition to the apse. Buffet will start at 6:45 and remarks at 7. Event will end right at 8:30, when the donor leaves. No Galleries, no alcohol.
