Hip hop concert. It will begin at 8pm and end at 11pm. The client will arrive at 630pm to begin setting up. There are several performers and they will be using the classroom and MPR as a greenroom. Please put the cling paper on the classroom door. Set the two office chairs and the coffee tables to the side, as the performers will break for a Q&A partway through the performance. They would like a table and two chairs outside the auditorium. Client has worked with LSA ISS and will be bringing some of their own equipment in as well. Please reserve three parking passes for performers to unload their equipment. Three tables should be available for gear onstage.
