75 Guests Estimated. Children's Corner Ballet, held by Red Shoe Company. The night will begin with a short performance by students from Skyline HS (32 students). The main performance is a ballet (3 dancers and 7 musicians). 4pm - Teagan arrives to help begin set up, 5:30 - musicians and dancers arrive through loading dock, 6pm - forum and apse doors open for HS students to enter (one student is in a wheelchair and will need to use the elevator), 7pm - event starts. 8:30 - event ends.
We'll need the screen and three tables in the Apse, as well as 75 audience chairs and 16 chairs available for musicians. Sly Pup Productions is doing videography and Tim Edwards is the event photographer. Please reserve 2 parking passes (1 for videographers, 1 for percussion).
