Russell Video is bringing all AV equipment and taking video of event. Please provide podium, and 3 white armchairs next to podium. There will be a symphony quartet providing music and they have requested chairs. We will use the silver chairs from the Commons. Turn on spotlights for podium area. President Schlissel and others will be making remarks. At 8p, 9p, and 10p, there will be shuttles leaving the museum to bring guests to the hotel. As of 10/4 group added the Forum for their cocktail hour. Please set out signs directing Zell reading away from the Forum.
