Caterers arrive 3pm. Beth arrives 4:30p-5p. Please set podium and handheld mic with Bose speakers in Apse. Set portable speaker in Forum for use during cocktail hour. Client needs a parking pass for herself as well as one for the jazz band. Guests will begin arriving at 6:15pm and enter through Forum for a cocktail hour from 6:30-7:30. They will then enter to the Apse for dinner. Coffee and dessert will be set during dinner in Forum where guests will mingle after dinner. Event end time is 9:30pm.
