This event is an initiation ceremony for new members. Guests will arrive at 7pm, ceremony starts at 7:30pm. They will be introducing new members and giving an update on what is happening in their organization. After the ceremony they will take a group picture. They will most likely be out of the building by 8:45pm. LSA ISS will be assisting them with AV.
