Katherine's will arrive around 3:30 p.m. and begin set up in the Apse at 4:00 p.m. The Museum will provide sound for the presentation. There will be an 8' table in the curved end of the Apse for the 3 person panel and the podium. BRUCE WILL CALL MAUREEN, THEY MAY NEED A STAGE FOR HEIGHT TO BE SEEN FROM SEATING AT TABLES. They will need 4 microphones, 1 wireless at the podium, 1 wireless on the table, 2 hard wired microphones from the sound cart to the table. In the Auditorium sound booth, there is 3 table top microphone holders and probably more microphone cords. The wireless mics can be used for question and answer at the end of the panel. Please direct two balcony lights toward the panel table. The panel talk will begin at 5:45 p.m., dinner will begin at 6:45 p.m. The event will end at 9:00 p.m. GALLERIES WILL NOT BE OPEN. There will be a DJ on the side by "Boy Lincoln" and a photo booth on the visitor services desk side of the Apse. Please move the visitor services desk into the corner to provide maximum protection for the art and maximum space for the photo booth.
PLEASE GIVE A PARKING PASS TO THE DJ (JOHN ARNOLD) AND A PARKING PASS TO MAUREEN LEONARD. PLEASE REVIEW SOUND LEVEL REQUIREMENTS WITH DJ.
