Katherine's Catering will arrive around 3:30 p.m. and set up will begin in the Apse at 4:00 p.m. This is a reception only, the ceremony will happen somewhere else. Lauren, the bride, will use classroom 049 as a prep room. THE DJ (DJ SHAUN) WILL PROVIDE ALL SOUND FOR THIS EVENT. The bridal couple will be sitting at the table closest to the curved end. Please put two lights down on them. The photographer, Allison Banks (First Comes Love Photography), has worked here before. Lauren's mother is a florist and will provide the flowers. She will most likely be bringing the flowers at 4pm. Please reserve 1 parking pass for the DJ and 1 parking pass for the florist (bride's mother). DJ Shaun will drop off equipment earlier in the day (12ish). The drawing is attached below.
