SCHEDULE: [8:00 a.m.] arrive for set up - Carol, Lisa, ISS A/V staff || [8:30] panelists arrive for sound check || [8:45] Tina arrive || [9:00] program begins || Welcome & intros from podium (Fang, Tina) ||Panelist presentations from podium with slides (panelists will be seated in front row during this portion, come one by one to stage) || Panel discussion with ***two 6' tables + 5 folding chairs on stage***. Panelists will come up from seats for discussion || [11:30] break for lunch - Caterer should be in touch with Bruce regarding timing of arrival and layout in the Forum. || [12:30] resume in Auditorium || [2:30] coffee break - same caterer will set up in Multipurpose Room. Caterer should be in touch with Bruce regarding layout for set up in MPR.
