Glass House will arrive around 4:00 p.m. Event guests will not arrive until 6:30 p.m. (they are walking from Ross starting at 6:15 p.m.) Galleries will be open the entire time. There is no presentations, no sound/AV equipment wills be needed. There will a 5 piece band, they may need chairs and music stands. Angela will send two pages that should rotate through the evening on the monitor. An easel by the visitor services desk will hold the bus schedule for the night. The drawing an menu are attached below.
