Food Art will arrive around 4:00 p.m. to set up in the Apse. Food Art is scheduling the deliveries, flowers will arrive at 5:00 p.m. We will provide microphone, speakers and podium and will put lights on the podium. The microphone will be at the curved end of the Apse. There is no visual portion of the presentation. If the weather is not good, we will put a coat rack where the visitor services desk is and rotate the desk to protect the painting. This will be a strolling dinner, there will not be seating for everyone. There will be a string quartet, they will be on the side, near the General Wolfe painting. There will not be alcohol. The event is planned from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Drawing should arrive 04.23.18.
