Glass House will arrive around 2:30 p.m. to set up in the Forum, Vertical Gallery and Commons. They would like a registration table in the Forum. We will provide two silver sign holders 8 1/2"x11" for signage to the auditorium and reception. We will move the monitor from the Commons to the Forum for a jpeg sign as guests enter. There will be high tops in the Forum. The restrooms in the lower level by the auditorium will be labelled gender free. On stage they will need a podium, microphone, 2 tables for sashes (1 ea 8' and 4' with skirting), there will be a PowerPoint presentation. The first full row will be VIP seating and rows 2,3 and 4 will be graduates. We will put 13 chairs on stage, back from the tables.
