Please make signage "A Tribute to Black Excellence" for guest directions. They will need the podium, audio system, projection and screen for this event. A laptop will be needed for playlist. Put a light on the speaker. They may bring a thumb drive for the monitor. Katherine's will be here around 4:00 p.m. to set up in the Apse. There will be approximately 75 guests. Jenise Williams will bring historical (non art, signs, newpapers, etc to be placed on rented easels). This is the 50 year anniversary of the Black Student Union.
