Moveable Feast will arrive to set up around 9:00 a.m - 9:30 a.m. Faye's team will arrive to set up in the Auditorium at 12:30 a.m. We will need an 8' wooden folding table for sashes, we will provide table skirting and Moveable feast will provide a linen for the top. The Choir will arrive around 2:00 p.m. for sound check and then go to the MP Room for lunch. Graduating students will line up in the Commons hallway at 2:45 p.m. and the graduation will start in the Auditorium at 3:00 p.m. As soon as the graduates enter the Auditorium, the choir should prepare to enter the Auditorium. The celebration will take place in the MP room, Vertical Gallery and Commons. All guests are expected to be gone by 5:30 p.m. We will have AV carts in the MP Room and Commons with a playlist going. The drawing is the same as last year and is listed below.
