THERE WILL BE A SERVICE DOG PRESENT FOR THIS EVENT.
This event will begin at 6:00 p.m. We will start AV set up at 3:30 p.m. City Events will cover all sound. They will load in around 1:00 p.m. and put monitors together. Event Theory will provide tables, chivari chairs, may come at 2:30 p.m. to load in. Food Art will arrive around 3:15 to 3:30 p.m. to set up back of house. Set up in the Apse will begin at 4:00 p.m. ALL AV AND SOUND SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED BY CITY EVENTS. They will have a photographer present for this event. The drawing for this event is attached.
