Delux will deliver tables earlier in the day, Moveable Feast will arrive around 3:15 p.m. Set up will start in the Apse at 4:00 p.m. We will set up podium, screen, projector, mic and speakers (4). Set up laptop on podium to run presentation (with sound) from the podium. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN FOR THIS EVENT. Move the visitor services desk in front of the painting and put a coat rack next to the Apse main entrance. SOUND CHECK AT 5:00 P.M. Event Host David Han.
