A1 will deliver the rental furniture around 3:30 p.m. Michael will deliver the Chivari chairs.
Food Art will arrive around 4:00 p.m. to begin set up. They will need a podium, microphone, speakers, no visual. A musical trio will perform for the evening. We will need to move the visitor services desk to the side to make room for a coat rack. The drawing is attached below.
