Event Contact: Robert Coelius This event is a filming event for UM Global Communications. Robert Coelius will arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to unload filming equipment. He will unload at the dock and bring the equipment through the building to the Commons. He will bring lights/tripods/cameras. They will plug into the floor plug in the Commons and may also use the electrical plugs in the Commons kitchen if needed. Additional staff and actors will arrive via the public entrances around 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. All filming will take place in the Commons. Museum guests may use the Commons while this is taking place. They will be filming a conversation between two students. Kathy Huss has approved this. They hope to complete filming before galleries open.
