Delux will be delivering 4-6-18 between 12pm-3pm with pick up scheduled for 4-7-18 between 10am-12pm. They will be bringing out tables and chairs only. Moveable Feast will arrive at 4:00 p.m. and begin set up in Apse. They will need microphone, speakers, projector (visual presentation has sound, wire from podium). There will be approximately 130 guests. NO GALLERIES.
We have a time frame of 7pm-9pm for this event.
All other rentals will arrive and leave with our staff.
