LSA will handle all sound and visual in the Auditorium. They will need a table for schedules outside the Auditorium. Please move the whiteboard and markers to the Commons for them to use. They will use our furniture in the Commons, it should be left set up as is. They will need two silver sign holders directing guests to the Auditorium and Commons. The Auditorium will actually start at 10:30 a.m. and the Commons will be used from 11:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
