Simply Scrumptious will arrive around 5:00 p.m. to set up in the Commons. Currently, they are planning on using a projector and screen they have borrowed and projecting to the screen, just inside the Commons doors. Please show them what it would look like with at laptop playing to the monitor (via HDMI cord) from an AV cart. If they do not use the AV cart, they will bring a portable radio for music. The event drawing has been received.
