Event Hosts will be David and Zach.
Glass House will arrive around 3:30 p.m. Set up may begin in the Apse at 4:00 p.m. We will provide 2 microphone, 1 lavalier , 4 speakers, table next to keynote speaker (with Nay Blue table cover), projector and screen. It should be set up to run the PowerPoint from the podium and the PowerPoint has sound. Please put a coat rack at the main entrance end of the Apse. They will have a gift table with cookies in bags as a take away gift. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. Galleries will not be open. They will not be using the podium. Test the keynote speaker using a lavalier, if that is not successful, please plug in the headset microphone and use that. Call Bruce if there are any questions.
