Moveable Feast will arrive around 4:00 p.m. for set up. The drawing is attached. They will use our audio, two speakers, two microphones, no visual. Katie Kulhawik will arrive around 6:15 p.m. Guests will come from the stadium and will arrive around 7:15 p.m. They would like a soft jazz playlist playing on the system using one of our computers. We will need lighting from above onto the podium and a little on the tables. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 8:30 P.M.*****Please put "Welcome Oracle AEI VP3" on the monitor
