Tables/Chairs will come from Delux. Zingerman's will arrive around 3:30 p.m. to set up back of house. This will be a small gathering of 40-50 guests. There will be three food tables at the curved end of the Apse and mostly high top tables. Event Host will be Heidi. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN. We will put up two speakers with a laptop for soft music (they may need a mic for comments).
