Moveable Feast will arrive around 9:30 a.m. They will not be using our furniture, please remove it. They have 30-35 guests coming. They will have 6 ea. 5' round tables. There are no AV needs for this event. It will begin at 11:30 a.m. when the guests are escorted over from Sociology. The event will end at 1:00 p.m. and the room will need to be set up for the Art Consortium at 2:30 p.m. Moveable Feast is aware of the timeline for clean up. This will probably be staffed by Bruce, Zach is checking to see if he can cover it.
Please put out signage to direct guests and a coat rack in the hallway.
