Katherine's will arrive to set up around 4:30 p.m. The event will begin with appetizers at 7:00 p.m. and dinner at 8:00 p.m. There will be a speaker and presentation. We will provide the 9'x12' screen, projector and podium. The DJ will set up his sound system near the media gallery for dancing later in the evening and will provide sound for the presentation. There is no audio portion to the PowerPoint presentation. There will be a photo booth near the doors of the Apse. GALLERIES ARE NOT OPEN FOR THIS EVENT.
