Delux will deliver tables/chairs between 12:00-3:00 p.m. Moveable Feast will begin set up in the Apse at 4:00 p.m. WE WILL PUT UP 4 SPEAKERS, MICROPHONE AND PODIUM. THEY WILL SPEAK AND PRESENT IN FRONT OF THE MEDIA GALLERY DOORS. THERE IS NO VISUAL PORTION TO THE PRESENTATION. They will not need the monitor on the visitor services desk. A three piece string band will play near the General Wolfe painting. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN THROUGHOUT THE EVENT (SHARED WITH ENGINEERING). No drawing has been received yet.
