As of now, there is no special AV or lighting needs. We will rotate the visitor services desk at the entrance end of the Apse, to provide more space at the entrance and protection to the wall. Delux Rental will be delivering the tables and chairs will come from Special Events. They will have a simple registration area and some high tops, there will only be 4 tables for seated dining. THERE WILL BE A HARPIST PERFORMING DURING THE EVENT. Event Hosts will be Zach and Heidi.
