Katherine's will arrive around 3:30 p.m. to set up the back of house, dock area. Set up in the Apse will begin at 4:00 p.m. It will be mainly high tops with some seating and buffet tables. We will put up three speakers on the north side, one by Media Gallery and two on the corner (1 across, 1 toward State St). Put one mic on a stand near the Wagon Train. Mic is just for comments, there will be a band down near The Boy Lincoln. Band is CGS Entertainment (Charles and Gwen Scales). Event Hosts will be David/Zach/Heidi.
