Please set the tables up in a box. They will probably not need any AV, but we will put the AV cart in the room in case they do. Please put a coat rack in the back north corner of the room. We are hoping for 25 -30 chairs. The event will not actually start until 2:30 p.m. They will meet in the MP room for a while then enjoy the Museum. Natalie and Nettie are working on the scavenger hunt. Guests will receive a 20% discount in the store. Event Host will be Zach.
The single shard event will end promptly at 1:15 p.m. We will need the nice tables and coat rack waiting in the Vertical Gallery. Rose will be there with the automatic scrubber to clean the floor.
