City Events will arrive at 2:30 p.m. to load in and begin set up. They will put up a small stage and provide all sound for the event.
Food Art will arrive at 3:00 p.m. to load in and begin set up. Event Theory will probably be supplying chairs and will pick them up in the morning.
There will be 100-125 guests. There will be high tops and a buffet. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN. THE EVENT WILL RUN FROM 5:00 P.M. - 6:30 P.M. Guests should be gone by 7:00 p.m. and rental companies are arriving at 7:00 pm. to pick up. There will be a three piece jazz band.
