The room will be set up with 8 folding tables around the room. There will be 2 folding tables on each side of the room, with 5 chairs on each side, for a total of 40 chairs. There should be 10 extra chairs in the room, available to use. They will need a couple of our extension cords to plug in. Tables should be paper wrapped as this event is a design project using hot glue guns. A table should be put in the northeast corner of the room for food from Glass House. The Event Host will be David.
