There will be approximately 200 guests, through the night. They are using the Forum, Vertical Gallery and Multi-Purpose Room. THEY WILL USE OUR AUDIO SYSTEM, MIC AND SPEAKERS IN THE FORUM FOR WELCOME COMMENTS AND THEN MUSIC. They may send photos to us to be played on the monitor in the Forum. Galleries will be open from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Please put a coat rack in near the Forum for them.
