Moveable Feast will come around 3:30 p.m. to set up the Apse. THEY MAY WANT TO USE OUR TWO LARGE BLACK EASELS. Ilene Burke will be bringing three (3) thumb drives for the monitors photography show. They will provide 8 1/2 x 11 signage for our sign holders.
Ilene Burke is dropping off mirrors for the tables, they are in the electrical closet by the security office. Sean Blackman will be providing music (quartet) 248.515.4791, he will arrive around 5:00 p.m. Sean will use two of our speakers/audio cart in Vertical Gallery Sean will provide audio in the Apse for the toasts. WE WILL SET UP THE CLASSROOM AS A BRIDAL AREA. GUESTS WILL ARRIVE AT 7:00 P.M., LAST CALL AT 11:00 P.M., EVENT CONCLUDES AT 11:30 p.m., GUESTS GONE BY 12:00 A.M.
